The CT 300 is a semi-automatic carton former designed for efficient box assembly and packing, boosting operator speed and ergonomics. The user squares the carton and positions it lengthwise on the unit. Front and rear bottom flaps fold inward automatically, followed by side flaps. The formed box is then pneumatically secured, freeing hands for loading.

Once filled, the operator slides the carton forward to a sealer for top and bottom closure. Pair with a CT 303 SD or CT 305 SDRF for optimal results.

The CT 300 adjusts quickly to various lengths and widths, handling diverse carton sizes effortlessly.
