METCO EASY ROUND is a fully automatic turntable stretch wrapping machine designed for efficient palletised load securement. The pallet rotates on a robust toothed thrust bearing turntable driven by an inverter-controlled gear motor, delivering smooth and reliable wrapping. This plug-and-play system requires minimal installation space and can be configured in-line or with 90° end-of-line rotation, available with roller or chain conveyors.

Standard equipment includes the advanced MS-Pro motorised pre-stretch carriage with fixed interchangeable ratios and sensor-controlled film delivery for constant, optimal film tension around the entire load. Film force-to-load is electronically adjustable via the control panel. A fully automatic cutting and welding unit cleanly seals the film end without contacting the product, eliminating loose tails for maximum transport stability.
