A total of 96 sections measuring 16' × 42" × 8' were successfully installed across three elevations, ensuring a durable and well-balanced structure. Single rows were double-anchored using ½" × 4½" anchors for maximum strength, while double rows were anchored diagonally with 8" spacers to reinforce alignment and stability throughout the installation. One frame was custom-fabricated to 12' to accommodate clearance for the roller door brace without compromising the layout or safety. Additionally, four bays were dismantled and all materials were carefully stored in the old warehouse section for future use. The project was completed efficiently and to a high standard of workmanship, with the client commending Metco for its attention to detail, timely execution, and professional approach.
