The team successfully completed a professional warehouse racking installation project, featuring 107 bays of 54" x 12' pallet racking with two elevations. This installation included 1,284 safety bars and 428 WMD skids, ensuring optimal storage efficiency and safety compliance. The 54" racking system was configured with three single rows—each double-anchored per footplate—and two double rows that were single-anchored with 2 x 6" spacers for added durability.
In addition, 36 bays of 42" x 8' industrial racking (three elevations) were dismantled and reinstalled as two single rows, incorporating 216 WMD skids. All racking in this section was double-anchored to enhance structural strength and long-term stability. This project highlights our expertise in warehouse racking solutions, storage optimization, and safe, high-quality installations tailored to meet client requirements.
