Vertical Strapping - Strapping Head from Top
The METCO XF/XP 111 Series vertical strapping machines offer reliable strap tension with a high-performance strapping head and integrated tension equalizer. The dust-resistant head ensures maintenance-free operation, and centered pallet positioning accommodates various load sizes. The XF/XP 111 MVB model allows the head to descend for loads up to 550 mm, while the MKB version lowers the entire chute for loads as low as 210 mm. Featuring a fully electric drive, it supports conveyor heights from 110 to 1,000 mm and customizable chutes for load widths of 500-2,100 mm and heights of 210-2,000 mm.
Horizontal Strapping - Strapping Head on the Side
The METCO Horizontal Strapping Machine provides optimal strap tension with a 500 mm drive and tension equalizer. It includes a precision strap holder for accurate placement on large loads and user-friendly “teach-in” software for easy height adjustments. The automatic conveyor positions the load, activating the cycle to strapping, welding, tensioning, and cutting. Fully electric, the machine accommodates a minimum conveyor height of 300 mm, adjustable strap chute for dimensions from 800 × 900 mm to 1,400 × 1,400 mm, and can strap packages as low as 60 mm.
