The Metco Installation Services team recently completed a high-precision decommissioning and removal project, successfully clearing a heavy-duty industrial mezzanine to return the facility to a clean, open footprint. As seen in the project photos, our crew systematically dismantled the high-durability OSB top-decking and the underlying corrugated steel sub-structure, ensuring each component was safely removed and neatly palletized for transport. The process involved the careful removal of the integrated shelving units and the blue powder-coated safety guardrail system, including the floor-level kickplates designed for personnel protection. From the initial teardown of the second-tier platform to the final site clearance, this project highlights our expertise in structural decommissioning and our commitment to leaving every job site organized, safe, and ready for its next phase of industrial growth.
