Thank you for choosing Metco Installation Services. We manage our own logistics and delivery teams to ensure your warehouse equipment arrives safely and on time.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 0–1 business days.
  • This means that if you place an order, our team typically begins the logistics and scheduling process within 24 hours.
  • Deliveries are scheduled Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
  • We do not typically deliver on weekends or statutory holidays.

2. Delivery Methods & Rates

  • Delivery Method: We use our own Metco Installation Services fleet and professional delivery personnel to transport your order directly to your site.
  • Shipping Charges: Delivery fees are calculated based on the size of the order and the destination, and will be clearly displayed or quoted at checkout.
  • Service Area: We currently provide delivery services to businesses across Western Canada, with primary hubs in Calgary and Edmonton.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after your order has been processed.
  • Because we use our own team, we will contact you directly via phone or email to coordinate a specific delivery window that works for your facility.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Scheduling

Once your order is ready for transport, you will receive a confirmation email.

Instead of a standard carrier tracking number, a member of our logistics team will reach out to confirm the date and time of arrival.

5. Damages, Site Inspection, and Returns

  • Since we use our own team, we recommend a joint inspection of the items upon arrival.
  • If any items are damaged during transit, please notify our delivery team immediately so we can document the issue and arrange a replacement or repair.
