    What’s Included in Your Shield

    OVERHEAD DOORS, DOCK LEVELERS, & ACCESSORIES

    Our service includes a thorough inspection and adjustment of all overhead doors, dock levelers, bumpers, and seals. We ensure smooth operation, enhanced safety, and extended equipment life.

    DOOR CARE

    For garage door maintenance, inspect alignment, balance, and tracks. Lubricate rollers and moving parts, check seals for energy efficiency, and test controls for proper response to obstructions and emergencies.

    DOCK LEVELER INSPECTION

    Ensure peak performance by inspecting hydraulic and mechanical parts, testing under load for stability, verifying safety standards for lip extensions and tilt controls, and lubricating moving components.

    DOCK BUMPER ASSESSMENT

    Inspect for wear or damage that may affect safety. Ensure all components are securely mounted and aligned, replacing any necessary parts to keep the trucks protected.

    TRUCK SHELTER EVALUATION

    Inspect seals and shelters for wear or misalignment to ensure effective sealing, protecting the dock from the elements and enhancing energy efficiency.

    Program Details (Included in All Tiers)

    • Frequency: Site visits occur every 90 days (4 times per year).
    • The "Safety Shield" Audit: Every visit generates a digital PDF report with a "Green/Yellow/Red" status for every door.
    • Preventative Maintenance (PM): Includes all labor for cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting tension/alignment.
    • The "Metco Discount": Subscription members receive 15% off any major parts (springs, panels, motors) required outside of standard maintenance.
